Commission Junction advertisers are established businesses and brands
that are compatible with Commission Junction's pay-for-performance
model and promote good business practices. Our advertisers have a
professional online presence and provide the best possible service
to their customers. This includes: fair prices, a secure shopping
cart that is compatible with Commission Junction technology (for e-commerce
sites), a published return policy and guarantee, email communication
confirming purchase and delivery of goods or services, and access
to customer support. Commission Junction does not accept individuals,
or any multi-level marketing, franchised, reseller, or third party
Web sites, and reserves the right to not accept advertisers in certain
vertical markets.
Good Financial Standing and Ability to Make Payments
Commission Junction advertisers have financial solvency and credit
rating. They are committed to compensating their publishers fairly
and on time, and they agree to and have the ability to make payment
each month according to Commission Junction's payment policy. This
includes meeting a monthly minimum in transactions or paying a monthly

Published Privacy Policy
Commission Junction advertisers have established sound privacy policies
for their own companies that are no less stringent than Commission Junction's
own, and they adhere to these policies in their business practices.

Adherence to Commission Junction Agreements and Policies
Commission Junction advertisers agree to and commit to adhere to
the Advertiser Service Agreement upon applying for an advertiser account. This includes Commission
