Claims: Your publishers shall have a claim against you directly for non-payment of earned but unpaid payouts that are unpaid because you have failed to make payment to Commission Junction. Making payments: You may make payments via check, wire transfer, or certain credit cards over the Web. When payment is made by check, your account will not reflect payment until the check has cleared and cash has been transferred to Commission Junction's bank account. Direct deduction option: You and Commission Junction may by mutual agreement establish direct deduction from your bank account via "ACH" (Automated Clearing House) for payments. Your account will not accrue interest. International Payments: Payment in your local currency may be available (consult the information that is available through your account). The conversion rate for payouts shall be determined in accordance with Commission Junction's and Commission Junction's vendor's operating standards using the rates prevailing upon the date that payment is made to your publisher(s), or upon the basis of historical conversion rates if rates are unavailable at such time. Advertisers from certain countries shall have the opportunity to establish payout rates in local currency. Earnings from your publisher (or other) account: Your account aggregates your earnings (if any) as a publisher. Commission Junction may apply amounts earned by you, even in a separate account and whether as a publisher or partner (if applicable), towards amounts owed by you as an advertiser. Assistance: Any questions (including disputes) regarding payouts and/or payment should be directed in the first instance to Commission Junction. Commission Junction shall work with internal resources, such as finance, legal, and senior management, as necessary to answer your questions. EXAMPLE OF TRANSACTION FEES
Advertiser B pays its publishers $0.75 (USD) per lead. Since 30% of this payout is less than $0.30 (USD), Advertiser B pays Commission Junction $0.30 (USD) per transaction generated. So for each lead generated for its program, Advertiser B pays a total of $1.05 (USD). Back to transaction fee information
